subscribing, will be stored in our database and only used in the operation of

Payment
The SATs Tests Online subscription starts from the moment you register
on our server. We expect full payment of the subscription as soon as possible,
but we understand that it is sometimes difficult for a school to process orders
quickly, so we allow full service use, in faith - for a reasonable time period.
Refunds
We offer a free trial to each new registered user (1 per school) so
that a fair evaluation of the service can be deduced. Therefore, we cannot,
under any circumstances offer refunds on subscriptions.
Complaints
We take any complaint very seriously and treat each
case on an individual basis. Please email us with a full description and reaons
for the complaint, and we will endeavour to resolve any relevant /
respective problems as soon as possible.
