Privacy information
Information the service uses
The service records adult account and school details, learner profiles, Parent and school relationships, tests, submitted answers, marks, results, revision activity and learning recommendations. It can also create progress analysis and carefully qualified performance indications. Security events and data-request records are kept to protect accounts and respond to privacy requests.
Learners use a generated sign-in name and a protected three-picture sequence. The original picture sequence cannot be retrieved and must not be shared. Adult passwords and security tokens are not included in personal-data exports.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide tests and revision, save progress, mark work, show authorised reports, support learning, protect the service and handle data requests. Predictions are evidence-based indications, not guaranteed outcomes, and must not be used as fixed judgements about a child.
Who can see information
Learners see their own authorised information. A Parent or guardian can see information only for a linked child and subject to result-release rules. Teachers can see school-managed pupils only within their authorised school or class. Platform administrators have controlled access for service administration, security and data-rights work. Hosting, database, storage, monitoring and email suppliers may process information only under arrangements that the responsible organisation must approve.
How long information is kept
Retention periods and responsibility for school and home-learning information are pending organisational approval. Private export packages expire after a short configured period. Core educational records are not automatically deleted without an approved category decision. Backups are handled through an approved backup lifecycle rather than edited directly.
Your choices and rights
You may be able to ask for information, request a correction, or ask for processing to be restricted or information erased. Whether a particular request applies depends on the purpose and responsible organisation. Identity and authority are checked before information is disclosed or changed.
Signed-in adults can use Your data requests. A learner should speak to a Parent, carer or trusted adult at school and can read the child-friendly explanation after signing in. The responsible organisation must publish its privacy contact, complaint route, approved lawful bases and final retention periods before pilot use.
Cookies and external content
The current application uses necessary cookies for adult sign-in, learner sign-in and protection of forms. It does not configure advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Application scripts, fonts and styles are served locally. Revision content may link to reviewed external videos or activities; links leave this service and the provider's own privacy terms then apply. Embedded third-party content is currently blocked.
